The festival opens with a bang on Sunday 8th May. There will be poetry from Winston Plowes, a one-woman show by Ellie Harrison, improvised story-telling from Threadbare Playback Theatre and Tod's own Three Valleys Gospel Choir to raise the roof.
Food, booze, tea/coffee and cake throughout. Of course. 4pm-> Other performance stuff: Lifetimes Improv show (Thurs 7.30pm), Reading of the Letters (Fri 6.45pm), The Fiery Folky Funeral Feast (Sat 6pm). |
There's loads of stuff for children and families throughout PUD week:
Sunday 8th, 2-3pm, Thingumajig Theatre's Hullaba Lulu puppet show for 5+yrs. Wed 11th, 12-4, Typecast at the library is suitable for families Saturday 14th, 11am and 2pm there are family films at the library (see here for full details) Sunday 15th, 1-4pm, The Final Fling on Fielden Wharf full of craft activities, music and dancing for all the family |
